This form allows you to submit four kinds of orders: Best In The Nation Awards, Large Awards, Small Awards, T-Shirts.


Best In Nation Award(Click Here To View):$149.95 Plus 9.95 S&H
Only available for entries ranked #1 in the nation!
A Large Award(Click Here To View):$49.95 Plus 3.95 S&H
Two extra events can be added for a $2.50 charge each. That's up to three events on it, including relays.
Multiple events on one award must be the same Recognition Status(All American or Honor Roll).
A Small Award (Click Here To View):$24.95 Plus 2.95 S&H
One extra event can be added for a $2.50 charge. That's up to two events on it, including relays.
Multiple events on one award must be the same Recognition Status(All American or Honor Roll).
A T-Shirt(Click Here To View):$19.95 Plus $1.95 S&H. Two extra events can be added for a $2.50 charge each. That's up to three events on it including relays.
Multiple events on one award must be the same Recognition Status(All American or Honor Roll).

Orders take three weeks to process, once all information is received.(Large Orders Can Be Expidited)
You submit all data for the order electronically, and you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
You can order up to 10 awards on each order form. To order more than 10, submit multiple forms.
When ordering more than 10 awards, we will group them together with one email confirmation notice so your delivery will arrive complete.
